Flowers ordered by 10:30 a.m. will be delivered the same day !
TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
Online store Bucket of Love accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m. can be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 10:30 a.m. can be delivered on the next business day. Orders which you want delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be delivered on the required day if the order is made on a working day before 10:30 a.m. We deliver to Slovenia and other EU countries. On request we can arrange a delivery outside Slovenia with an additional cost.
The contract partner for the delivery is courier service Tine express, Post of Slovenia, DHL, DPD or our own courier service, but the provider retains the right to choose another delivery service if that means the delivery is done more effectively.
The customer can also be a recipient. If the customer is not home, another person at the same address can sign for the parcel if that is explicitly stated in the order.
For delivery in hospitals, hotels and offices when ordering please specify the exact name of the institution, address, telephone, room number, floor, etc. Delivery on these sites is considered to be executed even if the parcel is signed for by a person responsible for receiving such items.
If delivery is not successful or the recipient is away at the time of delivery, delivery service will leave a notice and the recipient can later call and make arrangements for delivery. When ordering you must specify your phone number, as we will, in the event the recipient is not available, call you.
Provider will endeavor to have the items delivered to the customer / recipient within the time indicated. We reserve the right to adjust the time of delivery to our abilities, but no more than 1 hour before and 1 hour later than the desired delivery time. We deliver flowers to a funeral, no later than one hour before the published funeral.
After submitting the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will also contain our customer service telephone number and e-mail address, and you can contact them in case of any questions or comments regarding your order. In case you we run out of stock, we will immediately notify you and introduce you to other similar products or inform you when the items will be available to deliver.
Manager of the online store ‘www.ninainvalentin.si’ reserves the right to reject the goods ordered, in its sole discretion.
The provider will notify the customer once the items are delivered (text message, e-mail or phone). The customer agrees he will be available to call at the time of delivery, so the provider can contact in case of unforeseen events related to the delivery of items.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been effected when the recipient or another person at the address of the recipient sign for the parcel delivered.
Provider will endeavor to have the items delivered. In the following cases the delivery is not executed but it is considered to have been effected:
– The recipient refuses to accept the goods;
– Address and other details of the recipient are not correct;
– Recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery, and the persons present (roommates, neighbors, co-workers) do not want to take the items;
– Force Majeure, which prevents the provider to perform the delivery (natural disasters).
In first three cases, the customer will be informed of the situation. The items can be, at the customer’s request, delivered to his address. If within 30 minutes from the time the delivery could not be executed, the customer can not be reached, it is considered that the items were delivered.
The cost of delivery is added to your items before submitting the order, so you do not have additional costs after the purchase.
Deliveries in Slovenia cost 10 € for a courier delivery service.
