Cognac Hennessy X.O

Cognac Hennessy X.O is a mixture of hundreds of eaux-de-vie (‘waters of life’) from four premiers crushes from the province of Cognac: grande champagne, petite champagne, fins bois and borderies. The oldest of these eaux-de-vie will soon be thirty years old and give X.O its outstanding quality, strength and complexity. These eaux-de-vie matured for years in young oak barrels of Limousin oak, in which this rich and strong cognac produced the oak and oak tannins.

Cognac Hennessy X.O is a strong, harmonious and elegant cognac. He is manoeuvrable and abundant due to rich and spicy aromas with highly structured shades, dominated by the aroma of oak and black pepper.

AROMA
First of all, a wave of rich aromas of dried fruits takes you, for example, a plum or fig. Then the flavor is developed into more dense notes of chocolate and black pepper, mixed with cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. These fragrant and rich scents of crystallized fruits, oaks and spices and the smell of old leather all blend together very clearly.

TASTE
Cognac Hennessy X.O has a very balanced taste, in which aromas of dried fruits and chocolate, which are sensed by the senses, are strongly expressed. Elegant and rough cognac reveals balance, roundness and harmony between aromas, emphasized by the power of pepper notes and plant oak scents. The delicate long porousness is wrapped in velvet and gives the last sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
