He produced fresh fruit throughout the year, and in winter, when the orchards were resting, they produced something much more delicate from pears – Viljamovka. The recipe remains the same since the beginning, when grandfather first distilled selected pears in 1965. To this day, they are still hand-plucked, laid down and cooked in small batches, which enriches Viljamovka with its velvety taste and flawless texture.
