Here are a few tips to keep the roses looking and thriving at their best:

• DO NOT Water the roses!
• AVOID direct exposure to sunlight.
• Keep the arrangement in a room-temperature environment.
• If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.
• DO NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage the roses.
• DO NOT remove the roses from the box; they are secure and happy there.
• The lid is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box.
• Be mindful when carrying the arrangement: it’s a very delicate product!

Unfortunately, Bucket of Love® does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 2 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us at love@bucketoflove.eu with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you.

If you do not contact us within 2 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, not withstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that the same day order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The life span of these roses can last longer than one year if taken care of properly.

Our roses are available in more than 10 unique colors that range from intense to more delicate hues. Choose your individual bouquet that matches your own taste and interior. Each shipment from Bucket of Love arrives in a keepsake hat box, inspired by the Parisian-style hat boxes. Choose from luxurious vegan suedes, stunning prints or classic signature boxes. They can be used directly as gift boxes or decorative pieces in your home.
