We ship everywhere in Europe and selected countries in Africa, Asia and US. The delivery period is about 2-6 working days. Please note that we can’t deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Regular shipping within EU countries is € 9,90. 

If you choose Express shipping, your flowerbox will be delivered the following day if you place your order until 12 p.m.. Express shipping is € 25,00.
We ship your orders with DHL or DPD to make sure your Flowerbox arrives in time.

The flowers used in our arrangements come from Ecuador, Colombia and Japan, carefully chosen to adhere to our strict quality standards.

Preservation is a form of drying, although it is much more sophisticated. The result is completely different. The preservation technique allows flowers to maintain a completely natural appearance and feel, as if they were freshly-cut flowers!

This is achieved as follows: Fresh Roses are cut when they are most beautiful and radiant. Instead of leaving them to dry, they undergo a rehydration process by being placed in a mixture made from glycerin and other plant elements. This liquid gradually rises through the trunk until it completely substitutes the sap. After a few days, the process is complete and the plant is ready to be used.
The final result is a flexible flower with a completely natural appearance. The preservative keeps working for years! Without any special care, you can enjoy our preserved roses for a long time.

Please note that the metallic color roses (gold, silver, rose-gold) are sprayed for that color and the paint application may cause cracks and/or spotting on the petals.

How to take care of Bucket of Love Flowers®

Bucket of Love Flowers® require minimal care to last up to three years.

Here are a few tips to keep the roses looking and thriving at their best: 

• DO NOT Water the roses!
• AVOID direct exposure to sunlight.
• Keep the arrangement in a room-temperature environment.
• If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.
• DO NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage the roses.
• DO NOT remove the roses from the box; they are secure and happy there.
• The lid is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box.
• Be mindful when carrying the arrangement: it’s a very delicate product!
