How ROSY works
Earn Rosy points for every €1 spent. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount on your next order.
Points are automatically credited to your account when your order moves to processing or is completed. Check your balance in My account.
Redeeming Rosy points
You can use Rosy points to pay for all or part of your purchase of flowers, gifts, fresh bouquets or Bucket of Love arrangements.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or account.
Validity and terms
- Automatic expiry of Rosy points is currently disabled.
- Points are credited when an order moves to processing or is completed.
- Points are calculated from the value of eligible products; delivery charges are not included.
- If you return an order, please contact us about the Rosy points you earned or redeemed.
