BIOSING DEER SALAMI
The DEER SALAMI is made from pork, deer and bacon. The meat and bacon, carefully selected, are not ground, but cut into cubes to preserve the virtues of the meat. The salami mature at least 18 months in order to release a large bouquet of aromas and develop a tertiary note of prolonged maturation.

SALT FLOWER
Salt of distinct taste and fragrance, produced in the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park, gathered in a thin layer on the surface of the saltpans basins.

TARTUFATA SAUCE
“Elaborated by traditional methods, without colorant or preserving agents. Once opened, it can be kept 4/5 days in the fridge (6°C).
Use: Perfect accompaniment to your pasta dishes. Use as such or by adding a some fresh cream. The tartufata sauce can also be used as a base for meat and fish sauces. It can also be used on toast, pizza, as an aperitif,”
